Shipping Policy

Delivery time depends on two factors:

  1. Order Processing – the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse, and

  2. Carrier Delivery – the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your package.

Order Processing Times

  • USPS Orders: Ship within 2–3 business days when placed before 12:00 PM CST.

  • FedEx Orders: Ship within 2–3 business days when placed before 4:00 PM CST.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Carrier Delivery Times

Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • USPS: Typically delivered within 1–4 days.

  • FedEx: Typically delivered within 2–4 days.

High-Volume Periods (Sales & Promotions)

During sales or promotional events, order volume increases significantly. Processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for processing

  • 3–4 business days for shipping

Order Changes & Modifications

Please note that no changes, updates, cancellations, or modifications can be made once an order has been placed.

Shipping Options

Customers may choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout:

  • For orders under $100, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

  • For general customer orders over $100, FREE SHIPPING is available.
