The Uncle Funky's Daughter Return Policy
At Uncle Funky’s Daughter, we want you to love every item you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligible Returns
We gladly accept returns on apparel that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Request Process
- Contact Us: Submit your return request within 5 business days of receiving your order by emailing customer.service@unclefunkysdaughter.com.
- Wait for Approval: All returns require prior approval. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions.
- Ship Promptly: Approved returns must be received within 5 business days of receiving approval. Late returns may be refused.
Note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Uncle Funky’s Daughter is not liable for shipping delays or lost packages.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Hair care products (due to perishability and contamination risks)
- Any item that is used, worn, damaged, or missing parts
- Items returned after the return deadline
- Any product submitted without prior return authorization
Restocking Fee & Return Deadlines
- Apparel returns received after 10 business days from your original delivery date may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
Packaging & Shipping Guidelines
Items must be returned prepaid and securely wrapped in their original packaging.
Ensure the item is in original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Details
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment only.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
You must provide an accurate shipping address and be available to receive your shipments. Undeliverable attempts and returned shipments will incur re-shipment charges.
